About This Plant
Creeping Thyme (Thymus serpyllum 'Magic Carpet') is a fast-growing, perennial ground cover with a dense, carpet-like growth habit. It features aromatic foliage that releases a pleasant scent when stepped on and produces attractive purple flowers in late spring to early summer. It is suitable for sunny locations and poor soil conditions, and it performs well as a ground cover in rock gardens, pathways, and borders.
