About This Plant
Camassia quamash (Indian Hyacinth) is a Pacific Northwest native known for lavender-blue, star-shaped flowers with yellow anthers. It grows in moist, fertile soil with an upright, clumping habit and reaches about 15 inches in height. Flowers appear in spring (May to June) and the plants are deer- and rodent-resistant.
